· Coordinate with stylists and editors to satisfy press requests for VIPs
· Pattern trafficking – handle incoming and outgoing samples
· Construct and keep relationships with stylists and editors
· Month-to-month recaps of press clippings for each essential collections and perfume
· Help throughout vogue week – coordinate with manufacturing staff, PR company, HMU groups
· Handle RSVPs and logistics for press days
· Ship out media blasts to editors for assortment releases or press placements
· Ship inner releases of notable press placements
· Help throughout in-house VIP fittings
· Deal with bills and code accordingly
· Biannual stock utilizing excel
Social Media:
· Create and personal month-to-month content material calendar with biweekly conferences with PR Director
· Draft copy for social media captions
· Handle Instagram, Fb, and Twitter
· Create content material for in-feed posts and tales
· Seize BTS content material on-set throughout picture shoots
· Replace and keep Pamella Roland web site – importing new collections, editorial placements, and celeb sightings
· Work carefully with outdoors company to take care of backend of web site
Abilities
· Images and Adobe Photoshop a plus
