Ahead Artists is a multi workplace expertise company representing todays main artists within the magnificence business. We are actually looking for full time company coordinators in Los Angeles.
Tasks
· Answering telephones, taking messages, drafting emails.
· Manage Calendar entries and attachments
· Take part in group conferences
· Manage Artist’s Schedules
· Liaise with Expertise’s groups
· Drafting and Sending Name Information and Inventive Briefs
· Reserving artist’s and company journey / creating journey itineraries
· Help Managing Associate with some administrative duties
Necessities
· Should be accessible 40+ hours per week and a few on name after hours and weekends
· Should be based mostly within the LA space and in a position to attend 2-3 in workplace workdays in Beverly Hills weekly.
· Should be extraordinarily element oriented, self-motivated, on-time, pleasant, {and professional}
· Should be capable to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
· Should be proficient in Microsoft Workplace and Outlook, MacOS and Google Workspace
· Company Expertise is a plus
· Pay Ranges from $22-$24/hr Plus full advantages and 401k beginning with loads of room to develop.
